These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and JL77 App ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the JL77 App platform — including the website at jl77-app.com and the JL77 App mobile application — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using JL77 App and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on JL77 App, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. JL77 App strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of JL77 App or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from JL77 App or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on JL77 App. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update any details that change. JL77 App reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. JL77 App will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify JL77 App immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

JL77 App is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed necessary by JL77 App.

JL77 App accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed in the platform at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet transactions and ₱500 for bank transfers. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. JL77 App reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to standard banking and e-wallet processing schedules. JL77 App is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

All transactions on JL77 App are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.

JL77 App offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms applicable to all promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• JL77 App reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have accepted a bonus in good faith.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Loyalty program points earned through JL77 App are subject to the separate terms of the loyalty program, available on the Loyalty Program page.

All games available on JL77 App are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by those rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

All slot games and random-outcome games on JL77 App use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and independent of previous results. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, JL77 App reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. JL77 App shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must submit a dispute to JL77 App customer support within 72 hours of the disputed event. JL77 App's decision on disputed game results, made after reviewing server-side logs and game records, shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on JL77 App. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing JL77 App staff, customer support agents, or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your JL77 App account.

All content on JL77 App — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of JL77 App or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use JL77 App solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from JL77 App without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JL77 App, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

JL77 App's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your JL77 App account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

JL77 App is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across our platform. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care to players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from JL77 App. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

JL77 App reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or provision of fraudulent documentation.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player without valid cause.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy policies.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Accounts closed due to fraud or Terms violations may have balances forfeited in full.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting JL77 App customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard game rules.

JL77 App collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy. By registering on JL77 App, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities only to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

JL77 App reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of JL77 App after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of JL77 App shall first be submitted to JL77 App's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the above process.
